Work Experience for Young People
A Supportive, Real-World Pathway Into Animal Care
At Kent Equine Facilitated Learning CIC, we believe every young person deserves the chance to explore a meaningful future. Our weekly work experience day is designed especially for young people who are not currently in school and who dream of a career in animal care.
Whether someone is building confidence, developing practical skills, or working toward qualifications through an outside college, our environment offers structure, belonging, and hands-on learning.
